It has the power to bond us and break down barriers and hinderance. IT is a powerful vehicle that we want to use to better our community and society.

AFTER SCHOOL FINALE CONCERT given by the public school students who were provided education and instruments by Mount Vernon Arts & Culture Society, in pernership with the City of Mount Vernon and the Board of Education.
